I got into photography early on in life from my dad. I love art but am a horrible artist. Photography has always blown my mind with the pictures people get and the stunning colors, detail, light control, and perfect moment and placement.

Two Out Media came from my love of photography paired with skydiving, and a desire to try some hard combos of those two, plus a "make my friends look cool" mentality.

Two Out Media is two internal jokes. One is that a "two out" in skydiving is a very dangerous and scary malfunction most people don't have, and even experienced jumpers say it scares them. I had one very early in my career. Two Out Media is also the acronym "Tom", who is one of my good friends. He was on that jump and made some hilarious swag for me after.

"On assignment" is a tip of the hat to Nat Geo, who has always been my biggest photography inspiration.
