This was built lovingly by a photographer, videographer and social media content creator who uses it daily. It's influenced by the workflows of Lightroom Classic and Final Cut Pro, and their ability to iterate quickly over media without moving your hands.

"FPC" is a play on words: Fast Photos Cull, because Photos is the name of the Apple app, and it's almost FCP, which was where the big gap was first noticed (unlike Lightroom, there's no real catalog).

One of the major points of the app is to keep duplication of media down and resolution quality up. There's no loss from exports and re-imports, no losing track of where you saved something, and it's available across all your apps, so you can use the power of your keyboard for culling while keeping the simplicity of Photos albums and uploads for social media creation.
