Building Uncharted Dynamics with my wife, from the trade floor at WTM London to events in Dublin.

Uncharted Dynamics is the events and excursions company I co-founded with my wife, Chelsey. Lately that has meant going to shows as founders, to see what pulls a crowd and to meet the suppliers and venues we'll call on for our own events.
WTM London is a lesson in scale. Whole countries build a corner of themselves inside one hall: Italy put a café, an alpine lake and a Vespa on a Bologna street into round lit pods, Kerala brought decorated elephants and a Kathakali performer, and a string duo played in a stand's lounge while people took meetings around them. The Dublin event was smaller and more focused, and a good reminder that a clear backdrop, a well-run room and the right people to talk to count for more than any set piece.
We go for the same reason a chef eats out, then bring the best of it home to the events we run for groups of up to 250.
