Waypoint
An MCP server that turns a request for proposal into questions for the customer and a proposed plan, built for Uncharted Dynamics.

After building a few other MCPs, I decided, as part of our company, to leverage my strength and skills to help make our company operate more smoothly. I was new to the idea of CRMs like HubSpot and wanted a way to add more capability and work with it using human language and AI models.
- What does it do?
The biggest thing our internal MCP is designed to do is let us copy and paste a request for proposal and review all our current working relationships, partnerships, service providers, venues, and more, plus our evaluation of their performance over time, to then generate questions for the customer as well as a proposed plan.
- How is it meant to be used?
The pictures here are mostly of the website interface, but the MCP is truly designed to allow a user to interact only with an AI agent through their platform of choice (Claude Desktop, Gemini, Antigravity, even CLI) and perform nearly all business work, interacting with RFPs, CRMs, vendors and service providers, reviews, and more.
- What is an MCP server?
To me, an MCP server is like a reception desk that can point you to all the places you can find the tool (a skill an AI can use) or other person you need (sub-agents).
- Who built it?
This was 100% built by me and runs locally on a VPN for our company, to keep it all private and protected.
